- providing a person-centred Live-in and domiciliary home care support for young adults 18 and above and the elderly from 65 years with physical or and mental health issues, disabilities and complex care and multiple disorders.

Our Vision
We want to make it easier for each client to get the necessary help and support they need quickly and in a way that suits them well. Whatever the support you need, we want to make sure it is easier that you have as much choice and control as you need to live your life your way. In addition, we provide the highest quality home care and support self-expression, treat people with respect, encourage independence, self-fulfilment, enhance self-esteem and individuality, preserve dignity, recognise the right to take risks as well as promoting freedom of choice, continuity, actively involved and improving our home care services.
How we support you
We are consistent and we personalise and deliver high quality home care services to each client in our care. Firstly, we start by visiting you at home when and where it is most convenient and comfortable for you to listen carefully to your needs, preferences, wishes as well as adhere strictly to each client’s subsequent behavioural changes. Through this means, we will then produce your unique agreed Care Plan with us for your home care services. During our initial service provision for each client, we review your care plan every two weeks to ensure we are providing the right home care services you have requested, hence respecting your dignity, independence, rights and safeguarding you from harm too. Please feel free to speak to our Carer or a member of our Care Team if you are uncomfortable with the services we are providing.

What is the cost?
How you can pay for home care services?
You may wish to fund your care and support services or top up the service you receive through your local Authority using direct payment or personal budget (IF FUNDING PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY)
You can pay us directly for your home care services by online bank transfer, with your personal bank credit or debit card. You will receive a monthly invoice from us for all payments you have made to us, hence helping you to keep track of your payments.
Our Care Team will need to visit you assess your needs and requirements and will assist you to make the necessary application to your Local Authority and Social Service.
If you entitled to help to any of help financially from your Local Authority Social services, they can pay or contribute to the cost of homecare services. Usually this is based on MEANS TESTED.
We love to hear from you to speak with Our Care Team and book for an assessment so that they can explain the Council’s Assessment Process to you. This service is free and available 24hrs daily. They will assist you in completing the application form to enable you claim what you are entitled to [if any] and this embrace Disability related Expenditure Allowance [DRE]
